Technique

Sit in a meditative pose.

Take a deep breath.

As you exhale say - OOOOOOOOOOOO UUUUUUUUUUUU MMMMMMMM

At the same time go on repeating ...Om Om Om ( 1 Om per Second) till you have emptied the lungs.

Inhale again and repeat the same process.

Practise it for 10 to 15 minute twice daily.
